We are currently in the process of bringing you something great and are working diligently behind the scenes to provide you with the highest level of services and care. Medicare Part B recipients may receive genetic testing as a benefit as requested by their primary care provider. Many private insurance companies also have preventative genetic testing benefits. Kingdom Health may request the provider to pre-authorize any coverage and may also notify the consumer in the event a payment may be needed to complete service. Your health care is your responsibility and you will be required to pay for any services rendered and not covered by health insurance or medicare.
